About the role
A small food and beverage manufacturing company in Acme is hiring for this role. You will supervise flour production from processing through testing and packaging, and you will also handle the trade side of the business, including procurement and logistics for domestic and international markets.
What you'll do
- Supervise flour production, processing, testing, packaging and quality control.
- Coordinate production schedules, staff and inventory across departments.
- Manage procurement, customs documentation and logistics.
- Maintain customer relationships in domestic and international markets.
- Ensure food safety and operational compliance.
What you bring
- Experience supervising production and staff in a food or flour manufacturing setting.
- Working knowledge of food safety and compliance requirements.
- Ability to coordinate schedules, inventory and activities across departments.
- Familiarity with customs documentation, procurement and logistics.
