A large wholesale building materials company in Eastanollee is hiring for this role. You will lead production operations and organizational development across your assigned departments. The role exists to keep teams and shifts coordinated so the plant meets its safety, quality, delivery and cost goals.

- Drive continuous improvement and equipment reliability
- Maintain and improve standard operating procedures
- Manage staffing, training and employee performance
- Make effective use of plant resources

- Experience leading production teams in a plant environment
- Skill coordinating multiple shifts and departments
- A track record in continuous improvement and equipment reliability
- Strong people leadership, including coaching and performance management
- Working knowledge of standard operating procedures
