A large biotechnology research company in Radford is hiring for this role. You will lead the local Quality Assurance and Document Control teams and maintain the quality management system. The role exists to keep the site compliant with global regulatory requirements.
What you'll do
- Lead the local Quality Assurance and Document Control teams.
- Maintain the quality management system and ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements.
- Oversee product lot release, nonconformities and corrective actions.
- Manage training, validation, stability and supplier programs.
- Support management review and run internal and external audits.
What you bring
- Experience leading quality assurance and document control teams.
- Working knowledge of quality management systems and global regulatory requirements.
- Hands-on experience with lot release, nonconformities and corrective actions.
- Familiarity with validation, stability and supplier quality programs.
- Experience supporting internal and external audits.
