A large food and beverage manufacturing company in Brandon is hiring for this role. You will lead production personnel and supervisors to deliver quality products safely, efficiently and cost-effectively. You will also coordinate equipment and staffing schedules across the plant.
What you'll do
- Lead production personnel and supervisors day to day.
- Coordinate equipment and staffing schedules.
- Monitor production performance and costs.
- Drive continuous improvement on the production floor.
- Administer the collective agreement and coordinate with other departments.
What you bring
- Experience leading production teams and supervisors in a manufacturing setting.
- Working knowledge of quality, sanitation and safety standards.
- Ability to manage production costs and performance against targets.
- Experience working within a collective agreement.
