About the role
A large IT services and IT consulting company in Toronto is hiring for this role. You will lead process transformation and improvement work across payment operations, with the goal of improving efficiency, reducing risk and finding opportunities to automate. You will work with Business, Operations, Technology and Risk teams.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end process transformation and improvement initiatives in payment operations
- Analyze and redesign payment processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk
- Identify opportunities for automation
- Develop process maps, metrics and improvement roadmaps
- Collaborate with Business, Operations, Technology and Risk teams to advance operational excellence
What you bring
- Experience analyzing and redesigning operational processes, ideally in payments
- Skill in building process maps, metrics and improvement roadmaps
- Ability to work across Business, Operations, Technology and Risk stakeholders
- A track record of leading improvement initiatives from start to finish
