About the role
A large telecommunications company in Saskatoon is hiring for this role. You will lead regional operations for FTTH/FTTP construction, owning project delivery, field teams, subcontractors and financial performance. The role exists to keep projects on plan and grow the regional business.
What you'll do
- Lead project delivery across regional FTTH/FTTP construction work
- Oversee field teams and subcontractors
- Manage client relationships, contracts and health and safety
- Develop regional plans and budgets
- Monitor KPIs and project results, resolve operational issues and drive business growth
What you bring
- Experience leading civil or FTTH/FTTP construction operations
- Background managing field teams and subcontractors
- Working knowledge of contracts, budgets and financial performance
- A focus on health and safety and on KPI-driven results
