About the role
A large food and beverage manufacturing company in Saskatoon is hiring for this role. You will keep manufacturing and packaging equipment running by handling maintenance and repairs that minimize downtime. You will work in a food-processing environment alongside other trades.
What you'll do
- Perform reactive, preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment
- Troubleshoot breakdowns and get equipment back into production
- Repair, install or modify manufacturing and packaging equipment
- Work safely in a food-processing environment
- Collaborate with other trades to complete maintenance and project assignments
What you bring
- Hands-on millwright experience maintaining industrial plant equipment
- Troubleshooting skills for mechanical breakdowns
- Experience with manufacturing or packaging equipment
- A safety-first approach to work in food processing
- Willingness to work as part of a team of trades
