About the role
A large motor vehicle manufacturing company in Windsor is hiring for this role. You will design, implement and improve manufacturing processes, automation and equipment so the plant meets its production, quality, safety and cost goals. You will also support product and equipment launches and guide production staff.
What you'll do
- Design and implement manufacturing processes, automation and equipment.
- Improve existing processes and update the supporting documentation.
- Support product and equipment launches.
- Drive continuous improvement to meet production, quality, safety and cost goals.
- Coordinate with maintenance and train production staff through technical guidance.
