About the role
A large aviation and aerospace component manufacturing company in Brea is hiring for this role. You will support and improve manufacturing processes for aerospace and defense composite components. You will work with production and engineering teams to keep new and existing products running well.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot production issues on composite components
- Support tooling and process development
- Drive quality improvements on the shop floor
- Prepare manufacturing documentation
- Work with engineering, production, quality, procurement and suppliers to support new product introduction and manufacturing readiness
What you bring
- Experience or training in manufacturing engineering, suited to an entry-level position
- Interest in composite manufacturing for aerospace and defense
- Ability to document processes clearly
- Comfort collaborating across engineering, quality, procurement and supplier teams
