About the role
A large motor vehicle manufacturing company in Windsor is hiring for this role. You will keep industrial machinery and automated equipment running, including stamping presses and PLC-controlled systems. You will work with production teams to reduce downtime and keep equipment performing.
What you'll do
- Maintain, troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery, tools and automated equipment
- Rebuild and dismantle equipment as needed, including stamping presses
- Perform welding and corrective repairs
- Work with production teams to reduce downtime
- Keep accurate maintenance and equipment performance records
What you bring
- Experience maintaining and repairing industrial machinery in a manufacturing setting
- Hands-on experience with stamping presses and PLC-controlled systems
- Welding skills for corrective repairs
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a habit of keeping clear records
