About the role
A mid-sized motor vehicle manufacturing company in Scarborough is hiring for this role. You will lead the finance team and own consolidated financial reporting, treasury and planning across eight manufacturing plants. You will work closely with plant controllers and general managers to keep the numbers accurate and useful.
What you'll do
- Lead the finance team and oversee consolidated financial reporting and close processes
- Manage cash flow, treasury, budgeting and forecasting
- Oversee audits, tax filings and compliance
- Partner with plant controllers and general managers on performance
- Improve financial processes and systems, and advise on financing
- Support strategic projects
What you bring
- Experience leading a finance team in a multi-site manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of consolidated reporting, close, treasury and tax compliance
- Background in budgeting, forecasting and audit management
- Ability to work with plant leadership and advise on financing and performance
