About the role
A large semiconductor manufacturing company in Markham is hiring for this role. You will develop and optimize high-performance AI software for the company's hardware, from machine-learning operators to runtime frameworks and SDKs. The role exists to enable neural-network models to run well on that hardware and to deliver commercial-quality software.
What you'll do
- Develop and optimize machine-learning operators and runtime frameworks
- Build profiling and debugging tools and SDKs
- Enable neural-network models on the hardware and improve their performance and accuracy
- Work with cross-functional, hardware, architecture and customer teams
- Deliver commercial-quality software
What you bring
- Strong C++ software engineering skills at a staff level
- Experience building high-performance AI or machine-learning software
- Familiarity with runtime frameworks, profiling and debugging tools
- Ability to collaborate with hardware, architecture and customer teams
