About the role
A large manufacturing company in Innisfail is hiring for this role. You will provide technical leadership across nine insulation manufacturing facilities, improving fiberization process consistency, safety, stability, quality and cost performance. You will work in partnership with plant leadership, R&D and engineering.
What you'll do
- Lead technical improvements to the fiberization process across nine insulation plants
- Develop plant process teams and build their capability
- Monitor KPIs and act on what they show
- Lead audits and improvement initiatives
- Support capital projects with plant leadership, R&D and engineering
What you bring
- Process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally insulation or fiberization
- Ability to provide technical leadership across multiple sites
- Experience monitoring KPIs and leading audits and improvement initiatives
- Experience supporting capital projects
- Skill working with plant leadership, R&D and engineering partners
