About the role
A mid-sized advertising services company in Toronto is hiring for this role. You will operationalize machine learning models in Databricks and AWS and own the automated pipelines that take them from training to real-time serving. You will also set the MLOps standards the team works to.
What you'll do
- Operationalize machine learning models in Databricks and AWS.
- Build and optimize automated pipelines for training, testing, deployment, monitoring and real-time serving.
- Establish MLOps standards for the team.
- Resolve complex production issues.
- Track model and infrastructure performance and cost, and mentor colleagues.
What you bring
- Senior-level experience in MLOps or machine learning engineering.
- Hands-on work with Databricks and AWS.
- Experience building automated pipelines for model training, testing, deployment and monitoring.
- Experience serving models in real time.
- Comfort mentoring colleagues and setting standards.
