About the role
A mid-sized advertising services company in Toronto is hiring for this role. You will own the operationalization of machine learning models in Databricks and AWS, and set the MLOps standards the team works to. You will work closely with ML scientists, engineering and Product.
What you'll do
- Operationalize machine learning models in Databricks and AWS.
- Build, monitor and optimize automated pipelines for training, testing, deployment and model serving.
- Establish MLOps standards and resolve production issues.
- Track model performance and infrastructure costs.
- Mentor colleagues and collaborate with ML scientists, engineering and Product.
What you bring
- Senior-level experience in MLOps or a similar machine learning engineering function.
- Hands-on work with Databricks and AWS.
- Experience building automated pipelines for training, testing, deployment and model serving.
- Skill in monitoring model performance and managing infrastructure costs.
- Comfort mentoring others and working across technical and Product teams.
