About the role
A mid-sized technology and information company in Atlanta is hiring for this role. You will develop and scale an internal AI-enabled recruiting platform, owning the product from the user interface through to the backend. You will work closely with recruiters and HR leaders to shape what gets built.
What you'll do
- Build and scale the platform's user interface, backend, databases, APIs and integrations
- Develop AI-powered search and workflow capabilities
- Partner with recruiters and HR leaders to shape the product
- Iterate on the platform based on user feedback
- Establish secure, reliable enterprise architecture and development practices
What you bring
- Senior-level full stack engineering experience across front end, backend, databases and APIs
- Experience building integrations between systems
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled features such as search and workflow automation
- Working knowledge of secure, enterprise-grade architecture
- Comfort working directly with non-technical users and acting on their feedback
