About the role
A large accounting company in Toronto is hiring for this role. You will prepare and review client work across audit and accounting engagements, and you will also mentor staff. The role exists to deliver quality work to clients and partners, including when deadlines are tight.
What you'll do
- Prepare compilations, reviews and Notice to Reader engagements.
- Carry out audit engagements from start to finish.
- Prepare corporate and personal income tax returns.
- Mentor and train staff on the team.
- Communicate with partners and clients, and resolve client issues under tight deadlines.
What you bring
- Experience preparing compilations, reviews, NTRs and audit engagements.
- Working knowledge of corporate and personal income tax return preparation.
- Ability to mentor and train junior staff.
- Clear communication with partners and clients.
- A track record of delivering quality work under tight deadlines.
