A large retail company in Duncan is hiring for this role. You will supervise day-to-day store operations and support sales and service targets while keeping customers engaged. The role covers the flow of the store, from inventory and freight to the weekly cash office.
What you'll do
- Lead customer engagement and support sales and service targets
- Supervise store operations, including inventory, merchandising, freight flow, promotions and backroom organization
- Coach and train associates and facilitate communication across the team
- Support health and safety practices on the floor and in the backroom
- Manage weekly cash office administration and reporting
What you bring
- Experience supervising or leading store operations in a retail setting
- Comfort coaching and training associates
- Working knowledge of inventory, merchandising and freight handling
- Cash office administration and reporting skills
- A commitment to health and safety practices
