A large construction company in Arvada is hiring for this role. You will lead overhead electric distribution projects and utility programs from award through closeout, owning safety, customer relationships, schedules, budgets and financial performance.
What you'll do
- Lead overhead electric distribution projects and utility programs from award through closeout
- Manage safety, schedules, budgets, procurement and financial performance
- Coordinate field leadership, crews, engineering partners, subcontractors and suppliers
- Build and maintain relationships with the customer and utility stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and address risks as they come up
What you bring
- Experience managing electric transmission and distribution or utility construction projects
- Command of project budgets, schedules and procurement
- Ability to lead field leadership and crews while working with engineers and subcontractors
- Strong customer and stakeholder communication skills
