About the role
A large motor vehicle manufacturing company in Chattanooga is hiring for this role. You will plan and lead production schedules, staffing and resource allocation, and supervise the employees who carry them out. You will also report operational KPIs and keep quality and safety standards on track.

What you bring
- Experience supervising production employees in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of quality and safety standards
- Familiarity with continuous improvement practices, including Gemba walks and waste reduction
- Comfort reporting on operational KPIs
- Ability to develop and coach employees
