About the role
A mid-sized consumer goods company in Archbold is hiring for this role. You will lead daily manufacturing operations and the production teams behind them, with responsibility for meeting safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost targets. You will also help shape plant strategy and work with other facilities in the wider group.

What you bring
- Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement methods
- Skill in production planning and budget management
- A track record of meeting safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives
