About the role
A small appliances, electrical and electronics manufacturing company in Bridgeton is hiring for this role. You will develop and improve manufacturing processes and work directly with production to solve problems on the floor. You will also support new product introduction and quoting, and help modernize the plant.
What you'll do
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues hands-on.
- Support new product introduction and quoting.
- Collaborate with customers on manufacturability improvements.
- Lead yield and quality initiatives and evaluate equipment and automation investments.
What you bring
- Experience as a manufacturing engineer in a production environment.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and the ability to keep the plant audit-ready.
- Ability to lead yield and quality initiatives.
- Comfort evaluating equipment and automation investments.
- Skill working with customers on design for manufacturability.
