What you'll do
- Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Complete repairs and adjustments as issues come up.
- Work through work orders and carry out inspections.
- Maintain the facilities so they stay safe and in good condition.
- Document your activities in CMMS software.
What you bring
- Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing building systems and equipment.
- Experience completing work orders and inspections.
- Working knowledge of CMMS software for documentation.
