About the role
A mid-sized food and beverage manufacturing company in Invermere is hiring for this role. You will keep production and facility equipment running, plan preventive maintenance and manage critical spare parts. The goal is less downtime and fixes that address root causes.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment
- Install and upgrade equipment as the plant needs it
- Plan preventive maintenance and manage critical spare parts
- Work with production teams and contractors to reduce downtime and support continuous improvement
- Mentor developing technicians and document your work
What you bring
- Electrical trade background suited to industrial equipment maintenance
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment
- Ability to find and address root causes of equipment problems
- Commitment to safety and quality requirements
- Willingness to mentor developing technicians
