A large appliances, electrical and electronics manufacturing company in Ancaster is hiring for this role. You will keep production equipment, facilities and automated manufacturing systems running, handling both planned maintenance and breakdowns. The work supports reliability, safety and quality on the plant floor.
What you'll do
- Maintain, troubleshoot and repair production equipment, facilities and automated manufacturing systems.
- Refurbish, install and start up equipment.
- Respond to planned maintenance work and equipment breakdowns.
- Collaborate with the team on equipment upgrades and projects.
- Support reliability, safety, quality and continuous improvement.
What you bring
- Hands-on experience as an industrial electrician in a manufacturing setting.
- Skill in troubleshooting and repairing automated manufacturing systems.
- Experience with equipment installation and start-up.
- A focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement.
