About the role
A large business consulting and services company in the United States is hiring for this role. You will bring complex investment transactions and structures into finance and accounting, covering the work from diligence through ongoing reporting. The role exists so that each transaction is reflected accurately in the ledger and in reporting.
What you'll do
- Integrate complex investment transactions and structures into finance and accounting.
- Complete accounting analysis, starting at diligence and continuing through ledger implementation.
- Translate accounting conclusions into ledger configurations and reporting requirements.
- Set up the processes and controls needed to support each transaction.
- Work with finance stakeholders on ongoing reporting.
What you bring
- Accounting experience with complex investment transactions and structures.
- The ability to turn accounting conclusions into practical ledger configurations.
- Working knowledge of reporting requirements, processes and controls.
- A collaborative approach with finance stakeholders.
