About the role
A large food and beverage manufacturing company in Portage la Prairie is hiring for this role. You will lead the financial reviews, close and planning for three manufacturing facilities. You will work alongside plant leaders to support sound financial controls and operating decisions.
What you'll do
- Lead financial reviews for three manufacturing facilities.
- Run the month-end close.
- Build budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze costs and report on what is driving them.
- Partner with plant leaders on financial controls, capital investments, operational improvements and strategic decisions.
What you bring
- Experience in finance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong month-end close, budgeting and forecasting skills.
- Cost analysis ability and a solid grasp of financial controls.
- Comfort working with plant leaders and advising on capital investments.
