A large IT services and IT consulting company in Montreal is hiring for this role. You will own financial performance analysis, month-end reporting and controls, and apply IFRS to complex accounting matters. The role exists to manage reporting risk and keep finance processes and controls improving.
What you'll do
- Oversee financial performance analysis and month-end reporting
- Maintain and strengthen financial controls
- Apply IFRS to complex accounting matters
- Partner with internal teams and auditors to manage reporting risks
- Improve finance processes, reporting and controls
What you bring
- Certified Public Accountant designation
- Working knowledge of IFRS, including complex accounting matters
- Experience with month-end close, reporting and controls
- Comfort working with auditors and internal teams across the business
