A large biotechnology research company in Mississauga is hiring for this role. You will supervise and coach packaging mechanics and setup technicians, keeping equipment running to support production priorities. You will also help improve equipment and support capital projects.
What you'll do
- Supervise and coach packaging mechanics and setup technicians
- Coordinate equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, changeovers and preventive maintenance
- Keep work compliant and safe, and maintain accurate maintenance documentation
- Contribute to investigations, equipment improvements and qualification activities
- Support capital projects
What you bring
- Hands-on background in packaging equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and changeovers
- Ability to coach and lead mechanics and setup technicians
