A mid-sized software development company in Toronto is hiring for this role. You will lead and grow the Data Foundation team, set its roadmap and own the end-to-end data platform. You will also run the company's agentic analytics program.
What you'll do
- Lead and grow the Data Foundation team and set its roadmap
- Own the end-to-end data platform, including ingestion, orchestration, warehouse modeling and analytics delivery
- Establish governance and reliability practices across the platform
- Lead the agentic analytics program
- Partner with product, engineering, business, security and legal teams
What you bring
- Senior-level data engineering experience across ingestion, orchestration and warehouse modeling
- Experience leading and growing a data team
- A track record setting roadmaps and owning a platform end to end
- Practical experience with data governance and reliability practices
- Ability to work with technical, business, security and legal stakeholders
