A mid-sized software development company in Ottawa is hiring for this role. You will lead and grow the Data Foundation team, set its roadmap and own the end-to-end data platform. You will also lead the agentic analytics program.
What you'll do
- Lead and grow the Data Foundation team and set its roadmap
- Own the data platform end to end, from ingestion and orchestration to warehouse modeling and analytics delivery
- Establish governance and reliability practices across the platform
- Lead the agentic analytics program
- Partner with product, engineering, business, security and legal teams
What you bring
- Senior-level data engineering experience across ingestion, orchestration and warehouse modeling
- Experience leading and growing a data team
- A track record of setting governance and reliability standards
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams, including security and legal
