A mid-sized software development company in Montreal is hiring for this role. You will lead and grow the Data Foundation team, set its roadmap and own the end-to-end data platform. The role also leads the company's agentic analytics program.
What you'll do
- Lead and grow the Data Foundation team and set its roadmap
- Own the end-to-end data platform, including ingestion, orchestration, warehouse modeling and analytics delivery
- Establish governance and reliability practices across the platform
- Lead the agentic analytics program
- Partner with product, engineering, business insights, security and legal teams
What you bring
- Experience building and owning a data platform from ingestion through to analytics delivery
- Depth in orchestration and warehouse modeling
- A record of leading and growing a data engineering team
- Experience setting governance and reliability practices
- Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams, including security and legal
