A large food and beverage services company in Canonsburg is hiring for this role. You will support district managers who oversee assigned healthcare facilities, visiting sites and giving hands-on operational assistance. The role exists to keep service quality high and to help facility managers run their operations well.
What you'll do
- Visit assigned healthcare facilities and provide operational assistance on site
- Support district managers in overseeing facility operations
- Apply company and facility policies consistently
- Maintain a high standard of service quality
- Guide managers on operations, finances, human resources and client relationships
What you bring
- Operations management experience in a multi-site or facility-based setting
- Working knowledge of finances and human resources as they apply to site operations
- The ability to coach and advise managers
- Strong client relationship skills
