About the role
A large food and beverage company in Mississauga is hiring for this role. You will keep packaging, processing and facility equipment running, including high-speed PLC-controlled machinery. You will work alongside production teams and operators to keep lines efficient and take on maintenance projects.
What you'll do
- Repair and maintain packaging, processing and facility equipment
- Carry out preventive maintenance on high-speed, PLC-controlled machinery
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and modify controls to keep production moving
- Upgrade equipment and support maintenance projects
- Work with operators to improve line efficiency
What you bring
- The dual licence named in the title
- Hands-on experience maintaining packaging and processing equipment
- Working knowledge of PLC-controlled machinery and troubleshooting controls
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs
- Ability to collaborate with production teams and operators
