About the role
A large data security software company in Ottawa is hiring for this role. You will build and test agentic coding workflows on production code, then create the tooling and practices that let engineering use AI-generated code reliably. You will also own customer-facing AI product features and intelligent automation from start to finish.
What you'll do
- Build and test agentic coding workflows on production code.
- Develop tooling, guardrails, evaluations and review practices for AI-generated code.
- Own customer-facing AI product features and intelligent automation end to end.
- Guide architecture decisions and collaborate with engineers.
- Share findings across the organization.
What you bring
- Senior-level software engineering experience, including work on production code.
- Hands-on experience with agentic coding workflows and AI-generated code.
- Experience building evaluations, guardrails and review practices for AI systems.
- Ability to own AI product features from design through delivery.
- Clear communication and a habit of collaborating across engineering teams.
