About the role
A large computer and network security company in Summit is hiring for this role. You will own day-to-day hosting operations and manufacturing data center activities, keeping infrastructure, service providers and facilities work coordinated. You will also lead the response when a major incident hits.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day hosting operations and manufacturing data center activities
- Oversee data room infrastructure, service providers and facilities coordination
- Lead major incident response
- Run the incident, problem, change and CAPA processes
- Support compliance, infrastructure qualification and manufacturing IT projects
What you bring
- Experience managing data center or hosting operations
- Working knowledge of incident, problem, change and CAPA processes
- Familiarity with virtualization, high availability and disaster recovery
- Experience supporting compliance and infrastructure qualification
- Ability to coordinate service providers and facilities teams
