- Oversee operational readiness, incident response and resilience across enterprise platforms
- Manage vendor performance and produce executive reporting
- Drive continuous improvement and transformation of how platforms are run

- Hands-on experience implementing AI and machine learning in an operations setting
- Background in automation, observability and predictive monitoring
- Experience with incident response, resilience and operational readiness
- Comfort reporting to executives and managing vendors
