About the role
A large transportation, logistics, supply chain and storage company in the United States is hiring for this role. You will own the customer receivables cycle, from onboarding and credit setup through collections and payment application. You will also monitor credit risk and customer exposure.
What you'll do
- Manage customer onboarding and credit setup.
- Handle accounts receivable, collections and payment application.
- Complete reconciliations and monitor credit risk.
- Prepare AR and billing reports and track collection performance and customer exposure.
- Work with internal teams and customers to resolve billing and payment issues.
What you bring
- Experience in accounts receivable and collections.
- Working knowledge of credit setup, payment application and reconciliations.
- Ability to prepare AR and billing reports and track customer exposure.
- Clear communication with customers and internal teams to resolve billing issues.
