About the role
A small e-learning company in Ottawa is hiring for this role. You will build realistic accounting workflow tasks with accurate reference solutions, and you will review the accounting work produced by AI agents. The role exists to make sure that work is accurate, complete and well supported.
What you'll do
- Create realistic accounting workflow tasks and accurate reference solutions.
- Prepare supporting documentation and explain the accounting treatment behind each solution.
- Evaluate AI agents' accounting work and identify errors and unsupported assumptions.
- Define criteria for accuracy, completeness, consistency and traceability.
What you bring
- Solid accounting knowledge and the ability to explain accounting treatment clearly.
- A sharp eye for errors and for assumptions that are not supported by the documents.
- Clear written communication, so your solutions and explanations can be followed and checked.
- Comfort setting out evaluation criteria for quality of work.
