About the role

What you'll do
- Validate trading data, inventory, profitability and derivatives, and review their accounting treatments
- Support the monthly and quarterly close, including reconciliations
- Support external reporting
- Partner with trading, risk, operations and other teams on financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting
- Support SOX controls and contribute to process improvements
What you bring
- Experience as a financial analyst working with trading, inventory or derivatives accounting
- Working knowledge of month-end and quarter-end close and reconciliations
- Familiarity with SOX controls
- Forecasting and budgeting skills
- The ability to work with trading, risk and operations stakeholders
