About the role
A large wellness and fitness services company in the United States is hiring for this role. You will own the accuracy, completeness and reporting of healthcare services revenue and accounts receivable, including the monthly close. You will also provide independent oversight of the outsourced revenue cycle management partner.
What you'll do
- Own the monthly close for healthcare services revenue and accounts receivable.
- Provide independent oversight of the outsourced revenue cycle management partner.
- Investigate revenue leakage and billing issues and drive them to resolution.
- Improve cash conversion across the receivables process.
- Build automated reconciliations, dashboards and controls that strengthen audit readiness.
What you bring
- Experience in revenue accounting and accounts receivable, including month-end close.
- Familiarity with healthcare services revenue and revenue cycle management.
- The ability to find the root cause of billing issues and revenue leakage.
- Skill in building reconciliations, dashboards and internal controls.
