About the role
A large financial services company in Chicago is hiring for this role. You will develop, deploy and monitor models that identify emerging fraud trends, and you will work closely with Fraud Operations so detection keeps improving as investigations close. You will also coordinate the work of team members.
What you'll do
- Develop, deploy and monitor models and pattern-recognition algorithms to spot emerging fraud trends
- Analyze large datasets using Python and SQL
- Partner with Fraud Operations to refine detection based on investigation results
- Recommend risk and verification strategies and communicate your findings
- Apply AI in production and coordinate team members' work
What you bring
- Hands-on experience building and deploying models and pattern-recognition algorithms
- Strong Python and SQL skills for working with large datasets
- Experience applying AI in a production environment
- Ability to explain findings clearly and work with operations teams
- Experience coordinating the work of other team members
