- Develop machine learning models for demand forecasting and capacity planning.
- Build ticket severity classification, intelligent triaging and anomaly detection solutions.
- Partner with engineering and operational teams to productionize models.
- Validate the impact of your models and maintain data quality.
- Communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
