- Mentor AI engineers and raise the quality of the team's work
What you bring
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise AI systems such as RAG platforms and multi-agent solutions
- A track record of taking AI solutions into production and optimizing them for reliability and cost
- Familiarity with evaluation practices for AI systems
- Comfort advising client stakeholders and explaining technical decisions clearly
- The ability to mentor and guide other AI engineers
