About the role
A large construction company in Mason is hiring for this role. You will own accounts payable processing for the company's plants and branches, keeping invoices, bills and personnel expenses accurate and paid on time. You will also keep vendor records current and support branch operations with payment questions.
What you'll do
- Process plant and branch invoices, bills and personnel expenses
- Match packing slips to invoices
- Code freight bills
- Maintain vendor records
- Resolve invoice and vendor issues, distribute finance mail and support branch operations with invoice and payment processing
What you bring
- Accounts payable experience processing invoices and expenses
- Attention to detail when matching documents and coding bills
- Ability to resolve invoice and vendor issues with plants, branches and vendors
- Organization to keep vendor records and finance mail moving
